I was having major issues with a rash and I needed assistances right away and he helped me immediately and got me the meds I needed. I greatly appreciate his quick response and willingness to help.

Dr. Neal and his staff are simply a treasure! He has performed a Moh's procedure for a basal cell carcinoma that was tricky, being close to my eye, and he also successfuly removed a malignant melanoma from my cheek. He did an absolutely incredible job each time, and I HIGHLY recommend him. I credit him for observing my melanoma and realizing it had changed shape and color, when I was only in for a routine appointment for something else. He quite possibly could have saved my life. I will always be grateful to Dr. Neal. His staff are also excellent, and extremely competent and personable. If you need a dermatologist, you need Dr. Neal. We are fortunate to have someone of his caliber serving our area.

I’ve been going to Dr. Neal for acne since moving to VA. My skin looks great with the regimen he prescribed. I’d recommend people of color who have skin conditions to try him out first.

I went to Dr. Neil for Laser Hair Removal treatments in which turned out to be a pretty easy and simple experience. I am very pleased with the outcome of the treatments and got the exact expected results from what Dr. Neil described to me during my first consultation with him. He and his staff are both knowledgeable and courteous and make you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk into the office. I will definitely be returning for any dermatology needs that may potentially arise in the future.

Appointment with Dr. Kenneth W. Neal, MD. I went to see Dr. Neal because I had two areas that really concerned me. He checked me out, explained everything to me, did a set of biopsies, and I was ultimately thankful that they turned out to be benign. I trust Dr. Neall with my health. He is a good doctor.

I find it hard to believe the negative reviewers have actually been there. Dr. Neal is the only dermatologist in the area that doesn't make you wait two months for an apt. I was miserable from eczema and treatments for it before I saw him. He got it under control almost immediately

Dr. Neal is a miracle worker. After just a few months on the skin care regimen he prescribed, my skin is looking better than it has in years. All my adult acne has cleared up and, best of all, stays clear. My face is glowing. I couldn't recommend him more.

Over the years I've been to many dermatologist. My experience with this office was very pleasant . I've suffered with acne off and on for most of my life. Dr. Neal listened to my concerns, checked my chart and ask questions about what worked and didn't work in the past and did a thorough skin assessment. He was professional and explained what he was prescribing and why for my specific issue. He took his time and was considerate. His staff was also highly engaging and professional . Parking was super easy and well worth the $4 not to have to stress about it! Easy location. Highly recommend.

Dr. Neal is a knowledgeable physician with a professional, friendly demeanor. I have read several reviews that he “knows” black skin. It is my contention that he knows skin..black, white, brown. He is extremely competent.

My daughter and me both are patients of Dr. Neal and we really like him. He took his time to answer all my questions before my daughter had a bigger procedure and he was always very patient and gentle with my preteen daughter. Dr. Neal’s staff is wonderful as well. I have rarely come across doctor offices where everything is just right. We will continue to see him for our skincare needs and would recommend him.

I had very good service from Dr Neal and his staff. Dr. Neal resolved my issue with only two visits. He is knowledgeable and acts quickly to treat your condition. Wait time is less than ten minutes. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Neal and his team have been great providers. If you are looking for extensive hand-holding, this may not be the office for you. If you want informed, communicative, top-notch medical care, this is definitely the place. Dr. Neal removed a basal cell carcinoma that another provider missed (which healed beautifully) and is continuing to provide care for several additional issues. I appreciate that he is willing to listen to my concerns about my health and my desire to pursue the simplest treatment first. His office staff are terrific, and it is easy to get a timely appointment.

I have gone to 3 different doctors and wasn’t pleased. I’m glad I did the drive to this office. I am very pleased with the staff and doctor.

I visited Dr. Neals Stafford location for the 2nd time and was very satisfied. Staff is efficient and professional. Front desk and assistant's in back are polite and courteous. Dr Neal is very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. He readily answers any questions you have and explains your condition and treatment.

I have been with Dr. Neal for quite a few years now. He has been so helpful with the various issues that I have had, but also my children have had. His “chair-side” manner is excellent. I feel that he really listens to his patients and gives honest, down to earth advice. I have mostly seen him for medical reasons vs. aesthetic and have been extremely satisfied with my care. I have heard the same from friends whom I have referred to him. He DOES offer cosmetic procedures, but I have never felt any pressure from him whatsoever (even after asking about it) to perform anything. I purchased and received a series of chemical peels a few years ago and was very pleased with both the treatment and results. I would feel very comfortable going to him for other procedures if I decided that was what I wanted. I always recommend Dr. Neal’s office to anyone looking for a good dermatologist.
